25 November 2019 I have inward sale in September 2019 and outward sale in October 2019.

As I am new business, I forgot to submit ITC forms before due date.

I filed GSTR1 and 3B monthly.

Is there any procedure to file ITC after due date?

25 November 2019 I dont know that I have to fill Input tax credit forms separately, Inorder to claim ITC.

ITC is not getting autopopulated while filing GSTR3B.

Is there any procedure to claim ITC for the month of September 2019 in November?

25 November 2019 In order to claim ITC while filling GST Return, you have to fill the details of ITC manually in Input Tax Credit column in GSTR-3B Return, as the figure of ITC is not auto populated in GSTR-3B. The ITC for the month of Sept, 19 can be claimed in November, 2019 GSTR-3B

25 November 2019 I tried to put it manually in GSTR3B table. But it's not accepting.

I have submitted screenshots to Help desk email of GST portal, even they are unable to resolve.

Is there any chance of submitting ITC claim form after due date for September 2019 month, as the portal is not accepting to fill "ITC claim form " by giving below message

" Due date to fill ITC claim form for September 2019 is over"
