15 February 2018 Dear sir
I am registred in gst under- Rental income.
i am also a practising Doctor, Now i purchased an Oxygen Therapy Machine for my clinic on my GSTN. for Rs 2,00,000/- and paid GST Amount of rs. 30508 under B2B iNVOICE.
Should i claim ITC on that or not ?
