13 February 2012 Dear Sirs,

I filed the return(ITR-IV) with in due date(july 31st). But i forgot to send it to Bangalore with 120 days. Then i remembered and sent it to Bangalore. How will it be considered whether belated or timely return?

What should i do further?

13 February 2012 It will be considered as timely return provide you sent it within the extension period. Else it will be treated as Not filed.

14 February 2012 The due date for submission of ITR-V for A.Y. 2011-12 has been extended upto 31.03.2012 or 120 days from the date of upload whichever is later. in view of the above, your ITRV will be accepted by CPC ,B'lore and nothing more is to be done right now.
