Dear Sir, me not fill income tax return for assy tear 2010-11,if i fill today & my salary income is 230447,consultancy fees 310537 & investmnet us 80c 100000 & tds deducted on cunsultancy fees of Rs. 32416,than i fill this return today than how much amount is taxable & how much taaxliability as on today

your total income is 540984 less deduction u/s 80c is Rs. 100000 then total taxable income will be 440984/-. max. exemption limit is Rs. 160000/- for male not senior person. then total tax will be 28941/- and your TDS is 32416/- so no your tax liblity create so u r not liable for interest payable u/s 234A/B/C and then finally u will get Refund Rs. 3474/-.
