we received notice from IT Dept u/s 143 for one it return that TDs is not properly taken.while verifying the same we observed that TDs deducted & reflected in 26AS is not taken by the it Dept. so now what can we do in reply to that notice?

You can apply for rectification under S.154 and showing them the TDS details.
