What is the due dates for filling of IT Returns for Individuals, Companies and Partnership Business.

01 July 2013 For Individual, HUF, Firm, or Person having Business & Profession whose accounts are not required to be audited under income tax act, last date for filing income tax return is 31st July and for Company Assessee or Assessee required to under go audit under income tax act, last date is 30th september.

For below three categories assesse due date is 30th september 2013 for filing return for A.Y.2013-14

1)A company.

2)A person other than a company whose accounts are required to be audited under the Income Tax Act or any other law

3)A working partner of a firm whose accounts are required to be audited under the Income Tax Act or any other law

Any other tax payer due date is 31st july 2013
