1) What is the due date for FY 2013-14 (Non-Salary) individual IT reutn filing ?

15 April 2015 Due date of IT return filing for FY 2013-14 is 31.07.2014 for non audited case and 30.09.2014 for audited case.

16 April 2015 Belated Income Tax return of FY 2013-14 can be filed upto 31.03.2016 subject to penalty of Rs 5000/- u/s 271F. Penalty of Rs 5000/- is maximum penlaty. Levy of penalty is at the discretion of AO after giving assessee an opportunity of being heard.
