I am a full time stock & share trader cum investor . Last year , i have done trading of over 50 lacs with profit of 30k . I have no other income except small rental income . I want to know which IT form I need to use for filing my income tax return ?

1. No need to return if the total income is less than Rs 2 lakhs. However if you decide to file the return, you shall have to use ITR-4
