27 October 2010 Dear Sir,
We have registered one partnership firm under AP VAT SLAES AND WORK CONTRACT.
In this year our turnover is Rs. 39, 40,000 under sales category including tax and Rs. 22,68,046 under works contact.
Total Turnover (01-04-2009 to 31-03-2010) is Rs. 6162525. (Sales and works contract)
In this year we need to file income tax return on or before 15-oct-2010.
Because our auditors are not yet filed the income tax return.
Please advice.

yes you need to file before the due date
other wise it will attarct penalty & interest.
