Issued tax invoice after cancellation of tin

15 May 2018 Sir,
We have issued tax invoice for selling our machineries with cancelled TIN as per the notice issued by CTO and the buyer taken
ITC against our tax invoices.
But now the department rejected ITC claimed
By the buyer against our invoices.
1.Can we issue tax bill with cancelled TIN
2.CTO has power to authorise us to use Cancelled TIN

16 May 2018 1.No. You can't issued Tax Invoice after cancelled Your TIN. 2. Normally no way. But, May be he can consider the cancellation details and will give opportunity for reopen the RC...
