Can we issue different share certificates from a single share certificate?.
The shareholder wants to transfer a partial part of his physical shares to different transferees.

Please advise.

Yes, you can do so. It is called split of original share certificate as per shareholder demand in to number of share certificates.

30 October 2012 A share certificate can be split on the request of the shareholder into further share certificates eg. 1 sh cert for 100 shares can be split into 10 sh cert for 10 shares each.
