Issue of new shares in lieu of old shares

09 May 2014 My Query is if in old certficates we have some certifiactes with transfers like originally issued to mr. X and thn transferred to mr.Y in year 2009, further transferred to mr. z in year 2010.now the
new share certfiicate will be issued in the year 2011 in lieu of all old share certificates , in whose name new share certificates will be issued , Mr. X or Mr. Y Or Mr. Z.

09 May 2014 Dear, in this case, new share certificate will be issued in the name of Mr.z, after passing board resolution specifying that this certificate is being issued in lieu of earlier certificate mentioning its details.

09 May 2014 Thank u sir for your prompt reply...but is there any need to write on the back of the New Certificate all the earlier transfer i.e. T1 ,T2 etc.

09 May 2014 Dear Other side is Ms. Agnihotri.

No need to mention at the back, but on the face of share certificate, you have to mention at the bottom, that Issued in lieu of share certificate No.......
