Can anyone tell me if we file 24Q TDS Q4 return in the month of june 2011 & issue the form 16 dated 31.05.2011 mentioning receipt no. of Q4 return, then form 16 would be treated invalid by the department.

No. TDS certificate will not be valid as Date of issue is before the date of filing return. Mention the date of issue as any date on or after filing of form 24Q. Because without filing form 24Q you can not get receipt no.
