Is ISCA paper removed from final syllabus?

will it be merged with Auditing?

There is no such announcement by ICAI. Wait for announcement by ICAI.

Logically isca cannot be removed since as and when days are going everything is going online and every transaction are tried to be covered via electronic means and hence chances are less for scrapping such an imp part of syallabus in current scenerio and moreover there are degrees issued by icai like isa, cisa, disa for which the foundation is ISCA of ca final.
but as rightly said above must wait for icai official announcement.

One correction. CISA degree is not issued by ICAI. It is issued by ISACA.
