Please prvide me the vat Notification in which Vat applicaion on the Compter or Laptop rental billing. in maharashtra state.

For queries on VAT the name of STATE is required. In Kerala State there is no such notification but levy is embedded in act itself. However, what is to be looked into is,whether possession and control is given to the lessee,and if so, letting out of a tangible asset attracts VAT being treated as 'deemed sale'.
