Pl. give your concern whether CST is applicable for interunit sale of input materials.

27 December 2011 Inter unit sale is not taxbale, however, there is provision of providing form "F" by purchasesing unit to seller unit.
also provision of reduction of VAT input credit to the extent of @ % set by govt, if any VATABLE material being trf to inter unit.
for the reduction of VAT input credit, you must refer the appropriate state VAT act.
