my dear friends please solve this query. is service tax applicable on reimbursement of travelled expenses? if it is applicable ,give me % and related provisions
please give me full information about this issue..

22 March 2010 Service tax is applicable on the reimbursement of expenses. Rate of tax is 10.30%. For full details please read rule 5(1) and 5(2) of Service tax (Determination of Value) Rules,2006.
