Is nil return of july-17 of gstr 3b filled?

10 August 2017 I has got registration no on 28.07.2017..I didn't have any purchase & sale during the july-17. Do I have to file NIL return of GSTR-3B or not....Is filling return of GSTR3B is mandatory for nil business???

10 August 2017 Once registered you have to file return whether it is nil return or not.

10 August 2017 when return is nil of July-17...I have filled "0" in all the columns under GSTR 3-B...Now
I am trying to click on "submit button option" under GSTR 3-B, but it is not enabled....why..???? It means It isn't accepting nil return???
