Is minutes a public document

28 January 2015 My question is whether prouducing of minutes copy can be denied on the ground that the same is not public document. This query relates to concurrent audit of a listed company in which company borrowed loan from bank. I wanted to know whether the proposed proposal was approved in Board Meeting or not. For this purpose can I demand copy of Minutes from bank or company.
