29 August 2018 Professional services includes profession notified under section 44AA. Section 44AA defines film artist. Film artist mean, inter alia, any person engaged in his professional capacity in the production of cinematograph film as an actor.
TDS applicable u/s 194J at 10% if payment exceed 30000.
