A consignor has charged TCS @ 1% only. However earlier it was used to be charged as follows.
1% TCS
2% Edu cess on Tcs
1% Sec Cess on Tcs
I want to know. whether the consignor has committed mistake & forget to charged Cess (Edu+Sec) or both are not applicable from know on?
