23 April 2011 I have registered with service tax deptt. in Jan because my limit exceeds Rs. 10 Lacs i have to file my service tax return for this half year so i want to know that detail of whole half year will be send to deptt. yes or no and why

23 April 2011 Full particulars of a half year should reflect in the concerned ST-3. If a portion is exempted from tax, concerned notification (here notification 8/2008 dated 1/3/2008)also should be provided in columns C1 and A2 of form ST-3.
