Is changes in form 109 possible

12 June 2015 My principle has submitted form 109. but unfortunatey he has made mistake in dates. i have visited icai and the show the same thing. So i would like to know is there any way to change ta submitted form 109. It was submitted on 31-3-2014. and i know now there was a mistake.. please let me know. I want to change that form 109. even my principal is ready to withdraw that. please let me know.

13 June 2015 actually form 109 was submitted in march 2015. but articleship period was upto 31/03/2014. Is there any possibility that my principle gives me in writing that due to clerical mistake instead of 2015, 2014 was written.

13 June 2015 I think you need to write a letter about all this indicating the error done along with signature of your principal to institute

13 June 2015 My principal is willing to cancel the termination. he is ready to give in writing and even visit the institute in personal. Is cancellation of form 109 possible by this way.
