I wanted to know that Is Attire Allowance taxable if company doesn't have any Uniform?

Can I take tax exemptions by providing clothes bills to Company/Incometax? and if yes, then under which clause of income tax? and upto what limit

Thank you in advance....

Attire allowance is exempt from tax u/s 10(14)to the extent of actual expenditure or allowance amount whichever is lower.
You acn only take exemption on expenditure incurred on buying or maintenance of uniform for wear during performance of your duties in office.
