12 February 2013 sir i registered in IPCC in JAN 2012 do i need to change to IPC for giving may 2013 i could clear in NOV 2012.
and if yes guide me the procedure please.

If you aleary registered in IPCC then no need to take transfer in IPCC. It is for whom, who have earlier registered in PCE and converted in to IPCE.

You no need to change.
