I have completed my Bcom Graduation in 2001 by scoring of 40% of total aggregate.
As per the new announcement dated 8th July 2011, can I enroll directly to IPCC and Article ship.
Any one can suggest me for this issues.

commerce graduates need minimum 55%, while non-commerce graduates need minimum 60 % to be exempted from CPT.
