Invoice raised in foreign currency

While auditing , it came to observation that one Indian Pvt Ltd Company raised invoice on other Indian Company in Euro.Is the invoice valid , Can supplier charge GST in such invoice.

You can raise invoice in euro. As it is not export service gst can be charged on such invoice
