24 January 2019 A party in Goa Purchases goods from Hyderabad to sell it to a customer in Panvel. The vendor from Hyderabad will directly deliver the goods to Panvel without bringing to Goa. Who will generate e way bill and how will be invoice generated

24 January 2019 Any of the parties can generate e way bill. Ideally, The party in Goa or the party in Hyderabad should generate. The invoice should be of the party who is generating the e way bill i.e. if the party in Goa is generating e way bill then Invoice can be generated by it and if the one in Hyderabad generates e way bill then Invoice can be drawn by the one in Hyderabad.
