10 December 2010 Long Term Capital Asset sold on 20th of October 2010 and LTCG on sale is Rs. 1 cr. Can the Assessee invest Rs. 50L in 54EC Bond prior to April 2011 & another Rs. 50L post March 2011 within the premisable 6 months investment period?
