HOW MUCH AMOUNT AN NRI CAN INVEST IN INDIA FROM ACCOUNT MAINTAINED IN FORIEGN COUNTRY IN REAL ESTATE PROJECTS IN PERSONAL CAPACITY ?

Under FEMA no person resident outside India shall shall make investment in India in any entity which is engaged, or proposes to engage in real estate or construction of farm houses.
