WE HAVE RECEIVED INTIMATION U/S 143(1) BUT WE ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE CALCULATION. WE WANT TO FILE A APPEAL U/S 246A. WE HAVE RECEIVED INTIMATION THROUGH EMAIL. SO DO WE HAVE TO MAKE A APPEAL VIA EMAIL ? IF YES WHERE SHOULD WE E MAIL THE APPEAL ?. IF NO WHAT TO DO

As of now appeal under section 246A can't be filed electronically. However, rectification petition under section 154 can be filed electronically to CPC, Bangalore.
