Return for A/Y-2009-10 was filed within due date but the copy of acknowledgment was send in 2014. After receiving the acknowledgement return for A/Y-2009-10 was processed and demand was determined.I filed a rectification u/s 154 but was rejected by CPC. Now i want to know what should i do.
