it just comming for company purpose. not for share application
like we can say boss who is NRI he send money from his NRO account for company use

Please be clear as you are saying indian company is going to receive loan from NRI Director ,who is bringing money in NRO account from outside India.
If thats the case,then the same is not permitted under FEMA.
