2. Your past experience as a finance executive ( not as a Finance Head assuming that you are new to this post - concluded from your query )i.e. how you assisted in procuring loans for the firms where you have worked.

4. Reason of leaving previous firm.

5. If I would be an interviewer; I would like to ask :

a. Your family background

b. How much savings you make every year

(then I will judge your "performance" out of your previous salary drawn)
