Is Interim Dividend is a part of dividend ?

No.
Interim Dividend is not a part of dividend. Dividend here means final dividend.
The procedure for both the dividend is fully different.
Interim div is declared by directors whereas final dividend is declared by shareholders.
So literally you can not say that Interim Dividend is a part of dividend.
Revert for any doubt.

i agree about The procedure for both the dividend is fully different.
but i do'nt agree that Interim Dividend is not a part of dividend.
according to secation 2(14A) of companies(amd.) act,2000 that "Dividend includes interim dividend also".
The companies(Amendment) Act,2000 has amended section 205 to make provisions for interim dividend.
Literally we can say that interim Dividend is a part of Dividend.
