Interest on transaction between head office & branch

Anybody tell me whether interest charged between head office & branch into banking transaction????
if yes, than Is TDS liability applicable?

22 April 2014 No Interest will b applicable, since the transaction is for the same company. Since no interest is there hence no TDS will b applicable.
