We have to Pay TDS On Salary 1465/- till 19/11/13, if we pay TDS TODAY WHAT interest will be charged for that.

01 December 2013 information is not sufficient to give an exact answer. Whether the TDS was deducted or not? if yes, then when? what was the due date. You are saying 19 Nov. There is no such due date under TDS provisions.
