My housing loan EMI started from Aug 12 & i got possesstion of my House in Mar 13. Can i cliam both benefits of HRA & Housing loan Interest for Aug 12 to Mar 13.

and Say Its in Same City & near to Your Office, Then For March Month You Cant Claim HRA.

You Can Claim Only if any of the Above Condition Not Satisfied as Said by Mr. Vaibhav.
