Interest on compensation or enhanced compensation

Respected Sir.......
My question is that my Client had received the interest on compensation having very huge amount. Govt. had deducted TDS @20%. Now he want to get refund of TDS.
We can Claim 50% Deduction U/S 57, So the Problem is related to remaining 50% Portion.
Kindly guide me Regarding how to get the refund..........

Remaining 50% is taxable. So file return to seek refund.
