What are the conditions to be satisfied for a lending and receiving company (both being public unlisted companies) for inter corporate loans ? Is it solely covered by Sec 372A of Companies Act?

Sir, but what i heard is that The Acceptance of Deposit Rules and Sec 58A is applicable only to deposits made from public and the same will not be applicable on corporate loans. Can you just clarify me on this point.
