is in a Pvt.co., insurance expenses of diretor's wife, dependent child & dependent parents are allowed expenditure. whethere they shall not be treated as personel expenditure. please give answer urgently

if in resolution at the time of appointing director it was mention that the insurance expenses of director'familly will be allowed than in case the insurance expenses will be allowed expenditure or not
