That my client has not paid service tax and not file any return of service tax for the financial year 2009-10. That service tax standing in balance sheet
( payable ). Is any provison in service tax law for payment in instalment or show me the alternative way to avoid penalty provision? The huge amount payable in balance sheet.

Service tax need to pay on receipt basis, so the same need to pay by Monthly
