our factory is under construction (granite factory in malur karnataka), can take input of capitalized goods in sales tax return & how can refund entry tax if we submitted/paid wrongly,where is entry tax is exempted

ALL THE INPUT ON CAPITAL ASSETS CAN BE AVAILED WITH IN NEXT 3 FINANCIAL YEAR. IF YOU PAID WRONGLY ENTRY TAX THAN ADJUST THEM WITH YOUR PAYABLE AND CLEAR THIS AT A TIME OF ASSESSMENT WITH A SELF DECLARATION.
