Now i am on the audit of a garment company.Can I take input vat credit on purchase of printing & stationary according to Maharastra vat?If there is a any provision regarding that then send me a link...

Item which is neither RM nor packing material, is not iligle for input credit. i.e. if any material is not the input for manufacturing or packing material or it is not intended for resale or branch transfer,is not eligible for input credit.
