31 May 2011 If a Car Dealer purchases certain accessories from a wholesale dealer and he gets the tax invoice in 8B form,is he eligible for cen vat credit

01 June 2011 Accessories are not part of the car so it will not be valued with the value of the car, beside for cenvate credit there must be manufacturing process and only by adding the accessories manufacturing process is not happened so the dealer is not eligible.
