15 September 2010 If the company having HO & several branches, Services provided in the branches and invoices made from branch, also HO having the input credit on service tax on its expenses, such as case HO want to transfer their credit to branches for that HO can register as Input service distributor and tranfer their credit to branchs through raising invoice,in this case HO can called Input service distributor
