we purchase 100 kg Raw material in the month of may and take in put Rs 30000 later our quality dept rejct 50KG Material we unable to use the material now my doubt is we reverse the input credit Rs 15000 or not

You should take the cenvat credit on actual inputs received. Rejected goods you should return with debit note.
