Sir/Madam,
I am working in Central Excise department as Tax Assistant and my work in the audit section as visiting units for audit and preparing reports as per procedure is treated as working in the audit section for a duration of 3 years; whether there is any requirement of certificate or specific procedure to be followed may be specified in order to be eligible for taking ICWA final examination

You just go for Form Fillup and appear the exam.
Under ICWAI, 3 years training/working experience is required, but it is sufficient, if you show them after getting Qualified at the time of applying for membership.
Of Course your experince will work here. You just need to get a letter from your Deppt regarding your work periods and positions.
