12 November 2013 Dear sir,
i am proprietor of a firm i have two PAN Card 1st proprietor's Name and 2nd my firm so my TDS deduct both PAN card can i claim both tax credit or TDS credit as per proprietor PAN Card

13 November 2013 Dear sir,

You are not allowed to have a PAN in Proprietorship name.

legally, all the income should be offered against your PAN and taxes too should have been deducted against your PAN.
