01 March 2014 Hi !! I will complete my two years of Articleship ( In Ahmedabad) on 1st March, 2014 (i.e.) today. I would now like to go for Industrial Training in Pune. I would like to know Full Detailed Procedure for transfer of articleship and admission into Industrial Training.. And what all documents are required to be submitted to the Institute regarding the same. Now I m Married so do i have to produce some documents for the same??Kindly guide me.

02 March 2014 the procedure is as follows:

sign form 109 with the current principal. Get a cover letter with your principal's consent for termination for industrial training.

Sign form 104 with the Industrial trainer company.

no document related to marriage is to be submitted.

01 August 2024 To transfer your articleship and start industrial training, follow these steps and guidelines:

### **1. Transfer of Articleship:**

#### **Procedure:**

1. **Obtain Approval from Current Principal:**
- **Submit a Request Letter:**
- Write a formal letter to your current principal requesting transfer. This should include reasons for transfer and your intended transfer date.

2. **Get a Cover Letter from Current Principal:**
- **Cover Letter Details:**
- This letter should be addressed to the ICAI and state your request for transfer along with the reason. It should be signed by your current principal.

3. **Complete and Submit Required Forms:**
- **Form 109:**
